Develop Dynamic Leaders
What should we do ?
We are committed to develop leaders at every level in the church, identifying and training those with potential and giving them leadership opportunities.
How can we do it ?
- We will encourage the current Leadership Team and introduce a termly Ministry Leaders' Forum for mutual encouragement, prayer and discussion.
- Give opportunities within Home Groups for people to use and develop their spiritual gifts.
What can you do ?
- Pray for the current Core Team and wider leadership team.
- Be open to the possibility that you may be the answer to those prayers.
