Edward's small experience
I love to hear exciting testimonies of prostitues being saved or cancer being healed. But its not like that a lot of the time is it?
I went to Spring Harvest this year, expecting to have a great time with my family and friends. And I wasn't disappointed at all.
I said to myself beforehand that if God did speak it would be a bonus. Having two small children makes it hard to get to the meetings! But God did speak to me. And it was a bonus!
God reminded me to look for Him in the small things. I sat in a meeting, and heard the speaker say "Look for Jesus in the everyday things of life - the sun on your back, picking up your children from school". Not dramatic at all I know. But very meaningful to me, very specific and extremely relevant.
A small thing yes, but despising the small things means you miss out... I know, I´ve been there!
