We alsio have about three-quarters of an hour Bible study led by one of us, and then pray about issues arising from the study and for each other's needs." - Alan

Home Groups

In a Sunday morning service, it is difficult to get to know everyone - and all of us need to find a place where we can develop friendships and share at a deeper level. We have seven home groups which meet, as their name suggests, in homes right across the neighbourhood. These meet at different times of the day and on different days of the week.

As you might expect, each group has its own unique character and atmosphere but there are a number of key features which are common to all of them:

• Study and application of the Bible and prayer are foundational to the life of all groups and provide a framework for growing relationships.
• Many groups include worship, outreach, community action and social events in their programmes -
• and food is a significant feature for a number of groups !!!

It is our aim that groups should be a focus for our discipleship - not just increasing our knowledge and giving mutual care and support, but helping us to live out our Christian faith in our family, neighbourhood and work contexts.
