Leadership at Brigadier Free Church
We firmly believe in shared leadership. A group of people whose spiritual gifts have been recognised by the local church are appointed to jointly lead the fellowship. Leadership at Brig is carried out by the Core Team (with responsibility for the overall direction of the church) – and by a wider Leadership Team, with each leader having delegated responsibility for a specific area of church life.
